Based in Sugar Land,Texas, Hayes Industries is a custom and high volume commodity manufacturer of multiple niche, customer specific, American Made products. Our diverse product lines include a wide variety of industries, including construction, geophysical, oil, defense, and consumer products.

Hayes Industries was founded in 1992 by Norris Hayes, President and CEO.

We thrive on challenges and use a combination of creative solutions with muscle and robust manufacturing options to deliver turn-key, superior, standard-setting products. Tomorrow’s Technology:
Hayes Industries employs only the very “latest” in engineering technology. From the most powerful mechanical design software, such as Pro/ENGINEER, Solid Works, and AutoCAD to the very latest machining software, including Pathtrace/Edge Cam and Pro/Manufacturing we can bring a product from concept, to design and simulation, through manufacturing and delivery… LITERALLY ART TO PART!

Versatility/Flexibility:
Over half of our production load is comprised of our own proprietary products. This gives us a unique edge and great flexibility in our manufacturing mix. We can quickly expand or contract the manufacturing of our own products to be in sync with the specific needs of our customers. This allows for quicker turnaround and impressive cost savings.

Warehousing:
Our extensive warehousing space enables us to work with expanding customer inventory and assist with J-I-T material requirements. We can also accommodate your specialty packaging needs.

Management:
Founder, Norris Hayes is a visionary with a technical mind. Combine that with an extraordinary gift of inventive creativity and you end up with an innovative company with superior products. Norris started Hayes Industries in 1992 with an entrepreneurial spirit and a stubborn refusal to produce anything but the best solutions and products for his few but valued customers. Today, thanks to the loyalty of those original customers and many more, Hayes Industries has expanded from humble beginnings to over 150 employees, over 75,000 square feet and 20 acres of land for future expansion.

Bobby Field, Executive Vice President, has been with Hayes since the beginning. Bobby’s diverse experience in Geophysical cables and molding, sub-sea cables and umbilicals, and custom extrusion has proven to be an asset to the success of Hayes Industries. Bobby has helped build and lead a team of talented “cream of the crop” industry experts in the sales, marketing, and customer service areas of the company. Sharing innovative vision, complimentary management styles, and decades of combined experiences Bobby Field and Norris Hayes have built a company with service and products that are recognized worldwide as superior.
