2D/3D modeling, part rendering/automation and mold flow analysis are all unique-to-Hayes abilities that result in the best-designed and molded parts for our customers. We develop a 3D, automated simulation of a customer's part and/or assembly prior to molding. This ensures product alterations can be made simply and easily in addition to being very cost-effective. The parts can literally be "viewed" prior to production. With the use of virtual reality viewers, the part can easily be accessed via the Internet for review in the convenience of the customer's home or office.
